Sure... I copied the contents of one folder to the new folder.

How did you know which folders to copy over?

This is part of my frustration with it. It was able to find the
Chromium info to import... why couldn't it find the firefox info and
do the same?

[userprofile]AppData\Local Settings\Mozilla\Firefox
are where the files are

You should try using this mac os i am on . Most frustrating thing in the world to use. I so prefer open source and libre systems /s
